J.J. Killeen of Lubbock, Texas is a 23 year old profesional golfer, that is orgiginaly from San Diego, Calfiornia. He is in Qualifing school trying to get into the pro tour. Killeen has wanted to be a pro golfer as long as he can remember.
J.J. Killeen started to play golf at a very young age and decided thats what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. He started out playing in Junior Golf tournaments around the world. Then he attended Cornado High School in Lubbock, Texas, and he brought the team to state, and clamied the indvidual meadalist honor. After he graduated in 2000 he got a scholarship to Texas Christian University,and played in many tournaments and was named Confrence player of the year, he graduated in May 2005. He resently played in the Japan cup, and he helped his team U.S.A to victory.
Killeen owns a 73.78 stroke average over 69 rounds of play in college...was named the 2002 Conference USA Co-Freshman of the Year...has one top-10 and seven top-20 placements to his credit.
Killeen knows its going to be a hard to make it all the way, but he is up for the challenge.
