Mike Jones was always working to build his ladder for success. His first love was basketball, but that didnt work. He decided he had to become big to become his own man. So he statred rapping in 2001. He had started his own label Ice Age Entertainment. After this, he ran into a problem, whenever he needed music from a producer, they would ask "Who are you?" His answer was, "Mike Jones." That is how the Mike Jones, Who?, Mike Jones got started.
Mike Jones would go to clubs to make sure his music was heard. SwishaHouse, owner DJ Michael Watts, listened to Mike Jones and took notice. He wanted Mike Jones to sign an artist deal with the Indie powerhouse the following year. After his release of his SwishaHouse/Asylum/Warner Bros. Records solo debut, the world would soon know... "Who Is Mike Jones?"
